Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At COA Research and Manufacturing Limited Company, we are committed to delivering safe, properly sealed, and high-quality herbal products to our customers.

Due to the nature of herbal medicinal products, strict safety and hygiene standards must be maintained. For this reason, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are strongly advised to carefully review their order details, product selection, and shipping information before completing payment.


2. Ghana Orders (Domestic Customers)

For orders delivered within Ghana, returns or exchanges may only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is damaged during transportation

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product seal is broken or compromised at delivery

Conditions for Domestic Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  1. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. The product must remain unused and in its original sealed packaging.

  3. Customers may be required to provide photos or video evidence showing the condition of the product at delivery.

After verification, the company may:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Provide a refund or store credit.


3. International Orders

International orders involve additional logistics including courier services, export documentation, and compliance procedures.

Minimum Order Requirement

For orders shipped outside Ghana, the minimum order quantity is five (5) bottles per product.

International Pricing

International product pricing includes:

  • DHL or EMS courier shipping

  • Export documentation and processing

  • Packaging for international transit

  • Courier handling and insurance

Because these costs are incurred once the order is processed and shipped, international orders are generally considered final once dispatched.


4. International Refund Policy

Due to the costs associated with international shipping and export procedures, only a limited refund may be possible under certain circumstances.

If a refund is deemed feasible and approved, the only refundable portion will be the value of the product based on Ghana domestic pricing, not the international price paid.

The Ghana price valuations are:

COA PLUS MIXTURE GHS 150.00 per bottle
COA MIXTURE GHS 100.00 per bottle
COA MT MIXTURE GHS 30.00 per bottle

The additional amount charged under international pricing covers courier services, export documentation, packaging, and handling. These costs cannot be refunded once the order has been processed or shipped.


5. Customer Responsibility for Import Regulations

Customers placing international orders are responsible for ensuring that herbal supplements or herbal medicinal products are permitted for import into their destination country.

Although we attempt to block orders from countries known to restrict such products, regulations may change without notice.

Customers are therefore advised to verify import requirements before placing an order.

The company also pays for courier return insurance with the shipping provider. This insurance helps protect shipments in cases where delivery may be prevented due to regulatory issues.

However, if delivery is prevented due to:

  • customs restrictions

  • country regulations

  • import refusal

  • or regulatory limitations

the company cannot refund shipping, documentation, or export-related costs.


6. Damaged or Incorrect International Orders

If an international order arrives with:

  • damaged packaging

  • broken seals

  • leaking bottles

  • or incorrect products

the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • order number

  • shipping information

  • clear photos or videos of the issue

After review, the company may provide:

  • a replacement shipment, or

  • partial refund or credit toward a future order.


7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • The refundable amount will be calculated based on Ghana domestic product pricing only.

  • Customers may be required to provide bank account details for the refundable amount to be deposited.

Please note:

  • Any bank transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, or currency conversion costs will be deducted from the refundable total before payment is processed.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before the shipment has been dispatched.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier service (such as DHL or EMS), the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.


9. Herbal Product Results Disclaimer

The herbal products manufactured and distributed by COA Research and Manufacturing Limited Company are prepared based on traditional herbal practices and internal quality standards.

Individual results may vary depending on several factors including:

  • body chemistry

  • medical condition

  • lifestyle and diet

  • adherence to usage instructions

For this reason, the company does not guarantee specific health outcomes or treatment results.

Refunds or returns cannot be requested based on perceived lack of effectiveness or personal health outcomes.

Customers are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any herbal product, especially if they are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
