Domestic orders within Ghana are shipped using reliable local courier services or arranged delivery methods.

  • EMS (Express Mail Service)

Minimum Order Requirement

For international orders, the minimum order quantity is five (5) bottles per product.


5. International Pricing and Shipping Costs

International product pricing includes the following services:

  • International courier shipping via DHL or EMS
  • Export documentation and processing
  • Special packaging for international shipping
  • Courier handling and insurance

Because shipping costs are already included in international pricing, customers are not charged separately for EMS shipping during checkout.

The company cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

Tracking updates are controlled by the courier provider and may take some time to appear after shipment dispatch.


8. Customs, Duties, and Import Regulations

Customers are responsible for ensuring that herbal medicinal products can legally be imported into their country.

Any additional charges imposed by the destination country’s authorities, including customs duties or inspection fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs authorities prevent delivery due to local regulations, the company cannot guarantee delivery or refund shipping costs.


9. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

A shipment may be returned or refused if:

  • the shipping address is incorrect
  • the customer refuses delivery
  • customs regulations prevent import
  • the customer fails to comply with import requirements

In such cases:

  • shipping charges, export documentation costs, and courier handling fees cannot be refunded.

If the shipment is successfully returned to us, only the product value based on Ghana domestic pricing may be considered for refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.


10. Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives damaged, customers must report the issue within:

  • 24 hours for Ghana deliveries
  • 48 hours for international deliveries

Customers may be required to provide:

  • photos of the damaged package
  • photos of the product condition
  • order details and tracking number

Once verified, we may arrange a replacement or partial refund where applicable.


11. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details when placing an order.

If incorrect information is provided, this may result in:

  • delivery delays
  • returned shipments
  • additional courier charges

The company is not responsible for shipments lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
